One credit unlocks a mailbox permanently. Once unlocked, all further runs — full migrations, delta passes, and folder structure migrations — are included at no extra cost. Scan runs are always free. Credits are prepaid and do not expire.

Every migration run includes
The complete folder hierarchy and all mail items are migrated, including sent items, drafts, and any custom folders created by the user.
Calendar migration is available as a per-project option. Include or exclude calendars independently from mail to suit your cutover plan.
Contact migration can be toggled per project independently. Address book data transfers alongside mail and calendar, or as a standalone pass.
Credits are purchased upfront and held in your account. There are no monthly fees, no minimum spend, and credits do not expire. Buy what you need, use it when you are ready.
